About this house rental
This quiet, pet friendly house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of cypress chase and has all you need in a home. No dog size restrictions and stocked w the basics for your stay. Maiden Voyage is close to FGCU college and all the hot local shopping malls. There is plenty of shopping or take it easy in the heated pool or go fishing off the pier. Maybe spend the day at Ft. Myers or Bonita beach only 30 Min. away then spend your evening dining at one of the fine or (not so fine) local bars or Restaurants. The Boston Red Sox training camp is located 25 Min. away or go fishing from the local marina's. Due to HOA regulations everyone over 18 must present a drivers license.

Wonderful ambience and neighborhood fantastic. Would love to stay again if available. A lot to do and visit nearby. Fantastic restaurants and things to do nearby. Neighbors friendly and made you feel at home. Made friends. Overall fantastic time on our vacation.

The house is just as described plus it is in a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home is beautifully landscaped. The location is close to shopping and beaches. Plus it is across the street from the neighborhood pool. Everything that was needed for our long term stay was in the house. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. And Josh was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place.
