3 BR, 2 Bath, with den and extended private lanai for enjoyment of the beautiful Florida winters! This home is in the heart of it all...only 4 miles to the upscale Coconut Point mall and 4 miles to Gulf Coast Mall, 2 miles to the huge Miramar Outlets and approx. 15 minute drive to Bonita Beach. Rookery Pointe community is gated and has a jr. Olympic heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball area, clubhouse with exercise facilities.

House with all the amenities you would need. The lanai was the best with tv and covered sitting area. Enjoyed this every morning. Owner was very accommodating and gracious. The location and community were fantastic. We love Estero.

Had to leave after two weeks as it was getting scary. I had hoped to have some sort of credit but it was not forthcoming.
