About this house rental
Come find your inner balance at this Zen-inspired home. This three bedroom (plus pull-out couch in LR) is 5 minutes from Binghamton University, Wilson and Lourdes Hospitals, and the Parkway. Come bbq under the pergola in the spacious backyard or cook in the Japanese-style kitchen. The living room and all of the bedrooms have their own televisions, and comfortable places to stretch out. Two quiet bonus spaces to meditate or read. Come find your Zen. ( Ask about LONG-TERM stay contract.)

Each of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed. The living room has a full-size pull out bed.
Guest access
You will have access to the first and second floor, the driveway, and the backyard. The basement and garage are not open to guests. There is parking enough for three smaller cars in the driveway. The street has free parking and alternates sides of the street in the winter.

It was only my wife and I and having a single bathroom was not convenient. Additionally, having it on the up floor was a pain.

The space was just right for our stay with family of 5. People got their own queen beds that were comfortable. Nothing peoblematic. Check in/out eas easy. It was cleaner than expected and we liked the Zen theme.
