It was cold and blowing and we were cozy and warm. The house is always just what we need for out girls get-a-way.

Back again for our quilt retreat. A full weekend of laughs, sewing, and eating. The home is perfect for us and we enjoy our time at this home in the early summer. The weather cooperated and it was only muggy and stuffy the first day, then the rain came in and it was cooler and more comfortable for the rest of the retreat, as the home does not have air conditioning. Got to see a bear also! Can't wait for next year.

Our stay was wonderful as always. Due to incoming bad weather, we had to cut it short. The driveway into this home is nothing to sneeze at. Coming out in ice and snow would have been unsafe for all involved, so we went home early. :( We will make up for it next time!
