New construction completed in 2023, spacious bathrooms, modern and updated in a farm setting.

Sonos stereo system speakers, EV charger 220v, Weber grill, 3 TVs, many streaming services (Prime, Spotify, Youtube TV, Disney, etc.), nectar mattresses, extra-large sofa, and massive dining table. Plenty of blankets and spare pillows to keep you comfortable.
Fully equipped kitchen including Vitamix blender, two coffee makers, tea maker, pour-over, and a french press with grinder. No one will wait for coffee in the morning.
Installed outlet covers, pack & play, high chair for little ones. The kitchen sink is large enough to bathe babies.
Teens can enjoy exploring and fishing.
Fishing rods, tackle, and property rights ($100 up to 4 people). Pay in advance. Catch and release only.
Dog friendly!
Bowls, beds, and couch cover provided. Plenty of space to run around.
We've included amenities for everyone, including dogs, babies, toddlers, teens, and adults.
You have access to the entire house and surrounding property. The other "Parker house" should be avoided to respect guest's privacy.
You'll receive a detailed welcome book loaded with instructions, local activities, favorite breweries/wineries/distilleries, and restaurants upon booking.
You can count on us being extremely responsive and enjoying helping you create the vacation of your dreams. Please ask if you need any connections with local wineries and can help you with making special arrangements.
Additionally, we have many high-tech amenities to help us control and fix issues remotely (i.e., Temp, wifi, etc.)
Our farm sprawls over 340 acres. Very secluded.
Please respect the peacefulness and keep noise levels to a minimum before 8 AM and after 9 PM.
Keep an eye out for our wildlife neighbors, too. Deer, Rabbits, Turkeys, Cows, and Lightning bugs are abundant.
Please don't drink and drive.
Plan for a DD or hire a driving service. There are a few out of Charlottesville. Also, search "Hop on Cville tours."
We love hosting special gatherings — weddings, reunions, and celebrations are welcome! However, due to short-term rental platform rules, event bookings must be made directly through Amazing Experience Properties.

A wonderful host and a great property! The only downside were the stink bugs in all the rooms, but otherwise, we loved the gorgeous home, outdoor space, the farm property and more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gathering spot with family and friends. So peaceful and beautiful in Faber!

We were very happy here. The space was clean and very comfortable and was perfect for gathering as a family. We especially enjoyed the pool!

Stayed with 12 family members and the location was fantastic. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The guidebook had great suggestions and Randy was highly responsive.
