This space is equipped with two queen beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family stay. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more.
Dining room has seating for 4 plus an outdoor table and chairs.
Living room has smart TV, with streaming apps for you to log in.
There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio.
The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.
The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level.
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 5 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. Whole Foods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

They will be excavating the intersection of 4th St South and 3rd Ave South to prepare and install a new Drainage Pipe. The intersection will be closed - No traffic will be allowed, but residents and guests will have access homes and parking.

We have family in JAX and have visited many times. We’ve also stayed in numerous VRBOs and prefer NOMAD Hospitality properties for the great accommodations, cleanliness, amenities, and easy communications with property manager. This particular property is perfect for 2-4 people, has a lovely backyard with grill and seating, and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Property host also treated us with snacks, and plenty of coffee pods. All the “extras” provided make it obvious these hosts give careful consideration to their guests’ needs while on vacation.
