excellent value, a pretty good location that had good access to the downtown but was still in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is excellent. Very clean, large, and with a balcony.
The host's communication was very poor. I had several problems with my booking and later extending our stay and the host didn't help at all or provide more than a 2-3 word unhelpful answers that were often slightly rude in tone.
