Comfortable beds and good shower
Dirty couch and toilet, located near property bins, so steady stream of people walking past our windows and front door, constant low flying planes (good location but in the flight path), very frugal supplies in the home compared to others.

Location was very near to CBD, airport, cafe, etc.
The front door is not sound proof, bugs proof and weather proof (the cold air keep coming inside). Self adhesive door might help.
