A short 15-minute walk will take you into the heart of Adelaide, including the vibrant Adelaide Central Market, cafés, restaurants, and shopping precincts.
Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop nearby providing quick connections into the city and surrounding areas.
The cottage is also ideally located close to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, making it a convenient option for medical visits, work stays, or supporting loved ones.
Enjoy the balance of being close to everything, while returning to a quiet, peaceful street at the end of the day.

To ensure the cottage is the right fit for your stay, please note:
• Parking:
Street parking is available in the area and is subject to local council conditions (2-hour zones). Guest visitor permits are provided in the cottage to extend parking time, and full instructions are shared prior to arrival.
The cottage is positioned in a quiet no-through road. During the day, nearby businesses operate in the area and street parking can be more active. In the evenings and overnight, the street becomes very peaceful and quiet for inner-city living.
• Access & Layout:
The cottage is located at the front of the property. There is a separate business operating at the rear, and the front gate area may occasionally be used as a walkway during business hours.
• Outdoor Space:
The cottage does not have a fully private outdoor entertaining area.
• Heritage Home:
As a character cottage, there may be some minor quirks consistent with heritage properties, though everything is maintained to ensure a comfortable stay.
