Liked everything about the property and location.
Key collection was confusing. I left an audio message on number provided advising of arrival time. Message referred to another party without advising them of arrival time. Didn't get messages because I was driving and not familiar with the area. Therefore, waited at the property for about 40 minutes for delivery of keys.

Location was good with views over lake and coast including docklands area. Property had everything we needed apart from lock on shower room door and clothes drying rack.
Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch.
No lock on shower room door which is a problem with 2 families and young children.
Clothes drying rack was specified but not available although we got round that.
