Really clean and warm with attention to detail. Great host, smooth communication. A lot of very cute small touches, such as slippers, robes, some cosmetics, etc. Really useful in case someone forgets any of these.
A lot of kitchen equipment, too.
A bit noisy from the street.

The parking space - even though it is right in front of the apartment and is reserved spot, it's a bit tight and might pose a challenge for some less experience drivers (and those with larger cars). That's all.
