Had air con so definitely made sleep better. and a long length mirror definitely helped getting ready for a wedding.

Overall good stay . I would just mention to tell people staying there to empty bucket on balcony for air con as that was all over balcony didn’t realize had to empty it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Athens Sea Side Escape. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the excellent location. The sea is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beach, seaside walks, and the beautiful atmosphere at any time of the day. At the same time, it is a great base for exploring Athens and the surrounding area. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend Athens Sea Side Escape to anyone looking for a perfect stay near the sea. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Everything was Perfect.

The location is good and the apartment itself was clean and modern.

We stayed in apartment 23, which was clean and modern, but our overall experience was highly disappointing due to poor management communication and unresolved property issues.Specifically, the following problems occurred: 1) Inaccurate Address: The address listed on Booking.com was incorrect. Management messaged us the day before our flight stating the property was one building further down, but when we asked for the exact location, they just told us to tell the taxi driver to stop at "the white building." This was incredibly unhelpful and inaccurate. 2) Broken Amenities: The balcony light did not work at all, making it impossible to sit outside after dark. Additionally, the broom provided was falling apart and needs to be replaced. 3) Damaged Clothing: The washing machine shrunk and discoloured our clothes on a standard 30°C wash, which we were extremely upset about. 4) Lack of Storage: The wardrobes were not fully accessible. One was completely locked, and the other was crammed with the iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. There was nowhere near enough space for two people staying for a two-week holiday. 5) Dirty Pool: Because of the surrounding trees, the pool was constantly dirty. While it was cleaned regularly, it simply wasn't enough to keep up with Mother Nature, meaning we never wanted to use it. 6) No Instructions: There was no welcome book or instructions for anything inside the apartment. We had to Google how to use things or message the management team. Management Response: When we reached out regarding issues 2 through 3, our messages were completely ignored. When management did reply to general questions, it took days, and sometimes they never got back to us at all.
