Perfect located near the C-train (tram). Nice place for a short stay.
The bed is less comfortable, with polyester (?) bedding.

Good location, close to downtown and C-train station. Supermarkets, and restaurants, fast foods are nearby. The owner also responded quickly to various questions and requests. They also helped me with free parking opposite the apartment, which was very convenient. The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street, which also adds to the convenience.
Perhaps it would be good to put a more comfortable sofa in the living room, but overall it's not bad.
