Perfect located near the C-train (tram). Nice place for a short stay.

The bed is less comfortable, with polyester (?) bedding.

Location was great and the price was reasonable. Laundry in unit was wonderful (I cleaned all my bedding and towel). The kitchen us well stocked with items though I did not use them. Minimalistic but cute decor.Althought it was ground floor, it was nice to have a patio and parking at my door.

I had problems fetting into the unit (lick box eventually worked) and the 'extra' key was nowhere to be found. This did make me uncomfortable thinking someone kept the key and might try to get into the unit during my stay. Owner had cleaning staff who left things to be desired. There was mud/dirt on shower tile (just 1). A lot of grease on the cupboards above stove/fridge, kitchen light, exhaust fan (I cleaned these, except fan..short... so it should be good now).The kitchen sink was not cleaned well. I was looking for Comet or some cleaner under the sink with 'grit' when I smelled...something. There was a container of rotting yogurt under the kitchen sink. Really yuck. Bedding was polyester which felt weird. Toilet paper holder was broken. I tried to contact owner with my concerns and got no reply..it's been weeks. If not for the cleaning issues (not the owners fault but his hired staff) I would have rated much higher.
