Very positive experience from the booking to checking out.
Location is excellent 👌 The complex is a quiet, respectful community. Two gates with codes and lockbox, so very safe feeling.
Lovely sun terrace & pool.
The apartment was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with crockery, glasses , utensils etc....
Communication with hosts very efficient and helpful.

This was an apartment so no food was within the price although that said there were standard condiments in the cupboards and standard utilities eg foil, bin bags etc. There were ample towels and beach towels to use. I was not expecting a washing machine which was welcome. Cooker, microwave etc all easy to use and clean. Ample crockery and cutlery. Toaster and kettle, I think there was a coffee machine but we dont drink coffee so cannot remember. Well equipped kitchen and lounge area was comfortable although we sat outside more than in. Nice patio area (ground floor) straight onto swimming pool where there were ample sunbeds. Our aprtment had 2 bedrooms, one double and the other twin beds - both rooms of a good size with plenty of storage and hanging space. Bathroom was modern with good shower. Location is ideal and right in the heart of Puerto del Carmen but very peaceful - could not hear music or noise during day or night and slept well. The property is double gated for security, having said that we felt very safe. Nice complex of around 20 apartments, people were all friendly. If looking for peace, relaxation and sunshine this is for you, with plenty of choice of restaurants and lively enterainment or more subtle depending on your requirements. Just across the road from the sea and beach. We used a taxi to and from the airport Euros 18. Most main meals were around Euros 12-13. The owner is based in the Netherlands but we were in contact as required during our 5 day visit, they were very accommodating and helpful.
Had we been staying longer (this was a 5 night stay for us for some winter sunshine) it would be good to include a change of sheets and the maid to come in mid week just for a clean around and to change the bed. There was a washing machine but I dont really want to change sheets on my holiday, towels were plentiful and had ample for our stay. Had this been included it would have been a 10.
There was an issue with low water pressure which the owners were in constant communication with us about, which was apparently an island problem but other apartments nearby didnt have this issue so not sure. That said I will not detract from it being a great location and apartment - we were just unlucky
