סטודיו קטן ומקסים, מקום חמוד במיקום פשוט מושלם המקום מאובזר לשלמות, מעוצב יפה ופשוט שובה לב. מסודר נקי ונעים! דותן היה חמוד נעים וידידותי.
הריפודים על הכסאות בפינת ישיבה היו קצת מלוכלכים אבל לא נורא בכלל והמקלחת יכלה להיות קצת יותר מטופחת אבל גם ממש לא משהו לדאוג לגביו.

מיקום מאוד נוח קרוב לחוף, למסעדות ולתחבורה ציבורית. הסטודיו מאובזר כך שלא היה חסר שום דבר, החל ממגבות, מצעים ועד הפרטים הקטנים.
המזגן הוציא ריח של רטיבות, אך לא ניתן היה לשהות במקום ללא מזגן מכיוון שאין חלונות או פתחי אוויר בסטודיו. השירותים קטן מאוד בצורה שהיה ממש לא נוח, בעיקר כשיש ילדים שצריך לקלח או להושיב על אסלה. היו תיקנים בסטודיו, ליד המיטה וליד הספה ובשירותים.
