Отдельный вход, легко найти, расположение удобное. Быстрый интернет. Хорошая душевая кабина.
1. Постоянный шум (окно выходит в технический двор, где гудят компрессоры кондиционеров) 2. Слышимость с соседним номером абсолютная: слышны все разговоры, музыка, телевизор. Любой человек на лестнице будит вас ночью. 3. Окон нет, то есть только маленькое окошко с видом на блоки кондиционеров. 4. Пол в ванной комнате разбит и очень шумит, если на него наступать (соседи явно слышат всё). Раковина в ванной течет и в ней отключена горячая вода. 5. Обратите внимание: это не указано в правилах, но заранее требуется перевести на счет 50% оплаты. Это неудобно.
