Appartement fonctionnel, bien placé, joli, avec un éclairage indirect, beaucoup d'équipements, parking apprécié.
Isolation phonique dans l'entrée et la cuisine de l'appartement, peut-être un canapé plus stable (les assises ne tiennent pas bien en place).
