Le logement était très bien agencé. La qualité de la literie, la proximité avec le lac , et aussi le rapport qualité prix.
Peut-être un léger manque de puissance de la climatisation mais rien de bien problématique.

Petit appartement optimisé au maximum, super bien équipé, propre et confortable. Pour monter à la mezzanine, l'escalier est un peu raide. Le plus : le parking privé. Attention, il est petit et il n'y a pas de place attitrée. En dehors de ça, l'emplacement est parfait pour parcourir Aix les Bains à pieds. Plein de.boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

Appartement fonctionnel, bien placé, joli, avec un éclairage indirect, beaucoup d'équipements, parking apprécié.
Isolation phonique dans l'entrée et la cuisine de l'appartement, peut-être un canapé plus stable (les assises ne tiennent pas bien en place).
