Location, cleanliness.
As per earlier reviews, bad smell from the kitchen drain and first toilet. The bathtub was clogged on our first use so we could not use it for next 3 days. We were leaving the property at 11am and returning only by 7pm. They could not arrange for a plumber early morning or late evening so we had to suffer.

The apartment is in a great location close to Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. It was a perfect stay for a family, with two bedrooms and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
The only things that could be improved are that on the first night, there was no hot water, possibly due to the gas supply in the building. There is no dishwasher, which might be a helpful addition in the future. Also, the internet signal in the master bedroom was sometimes weak, likely because it’s a bit far from the router.

All Yas atteactions in the vicinity. Stylish, good quality furnishing and materials. Nice bedlinen and towels. Supermarket in the next building.

الموقع ومساحة الشقه والغرف ممتازه ونظيفه وترتيب الكومباوند جميل مع وجود كارفور وكافيه تحت السكن .
الانترنت لايعمل وابلغتهم بذلك الى موعد المغادره لم يتم اصلاحه والتلفزيون لاتوجد به قنوات ستلايت فقط يعمل عالانترنت فلم استفد منه طول المده.
حشرات مزعجه بالمطبخ .
جلسات الصاله رائحتها سيئه جدا لم تعقم منذ فتره .
