Early Check-In Initially the operators were looking for 100 dhs per hour for early check-in, but my friend negotiated and they charged an extra Dhs 150 to check-in three hours earlier for people who are travelling from a different time zone. I do understand being an ex-hotelier myself as some do abuse the system, anything less than 4 hours this charge should not be charged if the room/ apartment/ villa is ready, plus this is mainly to leave the bags so we can start of the stay doing something else. On previous trips to Dubai & Abu Dhabi no operators charged us extra for few hours as they understood as we are all travelling from different time zone but not these operator, their focus was to only get more after paying 7500 Dhs for 3nights. The drain in one of the master bedroom wasn't draining at all. Shower pressure was just okay. Very poor cooking utensils for a group of 10. Waste disposal wasn't briefed much earlier, looks like the operators themselves didnt know where to dispose off the waste. Until we found out ourselves.

It was big villa , I have sense like home.
The dining table only had four chairs, and two of those chairs were broken and unusable.

The property is nice, clean with complete kitchen utensils Amenities is bit far from the villa like swimming pool but you can walk.. service is very good!! When it comes to food better to bring all what you needed because the grocery stores are bit far Ang it take an hour for delivery

Great amenities! Playground was literally backing the villa so was a quick trip for the kids. Community pool was good as well and was not crowded. Ambiance of the community was overall amazing! The villa itself was clean and very presentable.
A couple of rooms didn’t cool as well as the others, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The villa still provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
