Conforto, elevador, sol, tranquilidade, privacidade (os vizinhos de fundos são árvores e pássaros), utensílios de cozinha e de limpeza, persianas elétricas na janela e na porta, tranca da porta bem segura!
O cheiro de esgoto que dá quando algum vizinho da descarga a noite, imagino que volte pelo cano atrás da máquina de lavar (pois fechamos todos os ralos e continuou), mas que não ia pro quarto se fechássemos a porta do banheiro! Os travesseiros de penas me deram um pouco de alergia, mas pude guarda-los e usar as almofadas no lugar! Tivemos que ficar atentos para o neném não colocar a mão no elevador, pois ele não tem porta interna.

The apartment was well located, a bit away from the tourist area, but very quiet and convenient if you want to attend a football match at Benfica Stadium. The building was nice, and the forest view from the apartment makes you feel like you are in the countryside. The only thing I missed was a toaster that is something cheaper to have in.
You might hear a bit of noise when the lift opens or the water runs through the pipes. Unfortunately, a pipe burst affected the entire area from 11 pm until around 1 pm the next day, but the host was quite nice when I contacted her to inform about the issue. She provided regular updates. I had to buy few extra water bottles. To note that for long stays the sofa may not be adequate, as it is not a proper sofa bed but it is a good size for relaxation and watch TV.

Da limpeza, necessidade de alguma manutenção e a necessidade de deixar um depósito até que a anfitriã certifique de não houve nenhum dano ao imóvel.
