About this apartment rental
Ideal for families or groups, the apartment will delight you during your stay in Lisbon. Large and well-lit, the apartment privileges a beautiful view of the gardens of the Military College, Monsanto and Estádio da Luz. You will be able to stroll in the historical area of Carnide and enjoy a terrace in Largo do Coreto, where there are typical restaurants. You can also go to the Teatro da Luz or its bar. At the door, there are buses and metro 10 ', which take you to Rossio (20'), Expo (25 ') or Sintra (55').
The apartment completely recovered, refurbished and embellished with a refined but simple decoration.
On arrival you will find the Co-host to welcome you with the apartment clean and fully prepared for your stay. In the kitchen, a welcome pack is waiting for you. In the room, books and pamphlets will give you unique tips and suggestions to get to know Lisbon and its surroundings. In the rooms you will find well-made and fragrant beds as well as heaters and fans to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. In the evening, you can enjoy table games or a game to relax!

We were grateful to have found Helena's beautiful apartment. She was a wonderful host and extremely attentive throughout our stay, which we very much appreciated! Her apartment was absolutely beautiful, full of natural light, space, and very comfortable. We are a family of five, thus the two bathrooms were great. We were able to explore the area as well as el Bairro Alto and Sintra (which were relatively close)! While it was a short stay, we very much enjoyed it!

En dejlig lejlighed dog synes vi der manglede en altan. Meget pæn stand og ren. Vil helt sikker anbefalede den til andre.
Der var kun er lille minus, det ene toilet lugtede indelukket og af fugt.
Rigtig god service fra udlejer.

El alojamiento esta muy muy cuidado e increíblemente limpio. Los cuartos de baño y cocina parecen a estrenar.
Como puntos negativos que no tiene aparcamiento propio y aparcar en la zona no es imposible pero tampoco es fácil (los días de partido en el estadio del Benfica imposible). Es un piso, lo que se ve en la foto del perfil es lo que se ve por la ventana.

l'appartement idéalement situé à 15 min du centre et des différentes plages.
Il est a 3 minutes en voiture du centre commerciale Colombo.
L'appartement est spacieux bien agencé. Salle de bain refaite a neuf et cuisine aussi.
L'appartement est au 6 eme etage avec deux ascenceurs a votre disposition
Vous etes reç u par Elena pour la remise des clé dans un appartement plus que propre.
De plus linge suplémentaire propre a votre disposition idem pour les serviette
Cependant quelques point négatif sont à souligner.
1: absence de climatisation :
l'appartement étant doublement exposé et par 35 degres l'été au Portugal l'appartement deviens tres vite une fournaise.
2: absence d'un petit aspirateur pour le ménage à mi parcours . Le parquet créant beaucoup de poussiere la balayette devient insufissante
3:presence de petites fourmies sur le plan de travail de la cuisine
pas simple de laisser trainer quoique ce soit sur le plan de travail elles rappliquent directement
Dans l'ensemble cette appartement est parfait pour un court ou long séjour à Lisbonne
je remercie encore Elena de sa gentilesse et de son acceuil
