Unique Pool Villa with 5 Bedrooms and Sea View PM-C1

The house is comfortable and well laid out to provide everyone with plenty of space and privacy. It suited our group of 10 perfectly and the decent sized pool got plenty of use.

The house is quite old and showing signs of needing some maintenance. The washing machine is outdoors and you have to fight swarms of mosquitos' when using it. Hot water from the showers was hard to figure out. We all spent several days taking cold showers and felt the shower operation should have been demonstrated when we arrived. The air-conditioning units are quite old and noisy, positioned in the bedrooms directly above the beds, so we hardly used them at night, making sleep in the heat difficult. One of the units broke down during our stay. Despite this, and despite the house being empty and everything switched off during the day while were out, we were asked to pay a fee for excessive power use on leaving. We questioned this, pointed out that their suggested daily usage allowance was unreasonable and not achievable in Thailand (our group were Thai's and used to the heat) and the host eventually backed down. We realised that this is simply an attempt by the host to keep the cash bond/deposit as a bonus, a way to make a little extra tax free cash.

The place is very conveniently located. However, you would need a car or a bike for day to day essentials. It is perfect for a big family wanting to relax and spend time together. Pool , bedrooms, bathrroom, living room area, garden . balcony views, ambience...just perfect.
