Neverland Hua Hin - Beach Retreat Home

This is a perfect property for a group of friends or a large family to stay. There are 4 bedrooms on the 3 upper levels - we were 2 couples and 2 children so each child had their own room. There is actually room for 12 to sleep with a lot of sharing. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. There is tons of room in this house plus 2 upper terraces. The communal pool is opposite the house with a nice communal garden. It is only a short walk to the very long beach which was never busy, close to a convenience store, and a few minutes walk to excellent inexpensive restaurants. We recommend Sopa. Make sure to have the Grab and/or Bolt apps for taxis to Hua Hin centre. The owner was out of town during our stay but we were well looked after by her housekeeper, Khun Dha, who responded quickly and helpfully to our Whatsapp messages.

Water pressure is poor in the upstairs shower rooms but fortunately better in the shower on the ground floor which we generally used. Mosquitoes inside were a problem for us on our arrival (perhaps the previous guests left the windows open?) and we had to 'fog' the whole house and go out for several hours on the first evening. After that we had no problem but the owner may like to look at reducing the amount of standing water on the front patio and the 2 terraces upstairs. Unfortunately, the design of the house and the need for shade means that the downstairs is dark and we always had the lights on.

Neverland is a huge and very spacious house with a interesting split level design. Lots of great outdoor space. All facilities were provided including a very well equipped kitchen. Lovely staff and the place was very clean. Shared pool opposite to use along with a nice restaurant. Great location. We enjoyed seeing the local monkeys.

המיקום מעולה, הוילה יפהפייה! המציאות טובה בהרבה מהתמונות. היה לנו כל כך כיף פה! הוילה היא 4 קומות, בקומת הכניסה יש מטבח ענק, פינת כביסה, פינת אוכל וסלון, שירותים ומקלחת. הכל מרווח וגדול ונעים. בקומה הראשונה יש שני חדרי שינה עם גישה לאמבטיה אחת (גישה דו צדדית). בקומה השניה חדר שינה ענקי עם מקלחת שירותים ומרפסת שבה המון משחקי חברה, שולחן סנוקר והוקי שולחן ופינג פונג בקומה השלישית חדר שינה ענקי שמתאים ל5 אנשים, עם מרפסת מקלחת ושירותים. בין הקומה השניה לשלישית יש עוד מרפסת מפנקת. בכניסה לבית עוד פינת ישיבה. מרחק הליכה של 3 דקות מהים, ממסעדות, משני סופרמרקטים. השכונה שקטה ונעימה. הבריכה משותפת לכמה וילות - ממוקמת ממש מול הוילה - רק אנחנו השתמשנו בה בימים שהיינו. אפשר להזמין גראב לכל מקום בעיר. גישה נוחה להכל. ג׳ייד הייתה זמינה ואדיבה עוד משלב ההזמנה. דה הייתה חייכנית ומקסימה ועזרה לנו בכל מה שצריך. באמת שהיה פשוט מעולה.
