Die Lage des Appartements war toll. Nur über die Straße gehen und schon war man am Strand. Sehr gut war die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt im eigenen Garten sicher zu parken. Das Appartment ist gut und modern eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und an Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt.

Trotz Nichtraucherunterkunft hat es ziemlich stark nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Stundenlanges Lüften konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter, dem wohl der Zustand bekannt war, wurde gesagt, dass wohl der Vormieter im Appartement geraucht hat.

The building is new, standing out from the next door houses. Having a private car park is a great plus. The garden is nice, spacious. We had a few questions, the host was pretty quick to respond, he was helpful. The pans were not safe to cook, when we raised the issue the host immediately replaced them.

Bad comments about the pillows are valid, but somehow still ignored. They are too high, had difficulty to sleep. There were many mosquitos around I would have expected some precaution to be taken,however there was none. In all the other accommodations we stayed in Italy there were protections. Although it was presented as luxury, I would consider this apartment as basic (the kitchenware etc). I didn't realize that there was no dishwasher while booking (this is my fault) but keep in mind there is neither dishwasher nor washing machine. I don't think this place is suitable for a long stay.
