Всё было замечательно. Быстро нашли по навигации. Парковка есть возле дома и в подвале. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Вся указанная техника исправно работала. Чисто и уютно. Очень приветливый хозяин, всегда на связи. От моря совсем близко, рядом есть небольшой магазин, где есть продукты питания и хозяйственные товары. Апартаменты отлично подойдут если вы планируете посещать Рим и окрестные места. Очень удобное местоположение. До центра Рима 30 километров. Мы ехали на машине до конечной станции метро, там за 1,5 евро оставляли машину на весь день, затем на метро до центра Рима. По времени 40- 50 минут, зависит от пробок.

Die strandnahe Lage schöne ausgestattete, dekorierte Wohnung sehr bequeme Betten schöne Balkone sehr nette Vermieter, bei Problemen und Fragen gut erreichbar und lösungsorientiert.
Die Garage und Zufahrt ist extrem eng. Wir waren mit einem Ford Focus Kombi unterwegs. Mit viel rangieren konnten wir hinein und hinaus fahren. Mit einem grösseren Auto ist es unmöglich dort zu parkieren. Ich finde dies muss im Inserat erwähnt sein.
