Enjoy this family friendly, centrally located beautifully appointed, three-bedroom condo located in the heart of the Mountain Village core. Come and go from skiing throughout the day with ease and convenience with a short walk to various ski runs, the free gondola and chair 4. In the summer, access multiple hiking trails and the bike park within minutes of your front door. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and hang by the fireplace to unwind after your adventures. All of Mountain Village's dining and shopping is a stone's throw away and the free gondola will drop you in the heart of Telluride town.
On the entry level of this two-level townhome, you'll find two bedrooms: a split king bedroom (king or two twin beds) and a second bedroom with two queen beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The laundry room is on this level as well.
Up the stairs, you'll find a the living area complete with ample seating, a fireplace and access to the private deck with grill. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living and dining area creating the perfect space for spending time with friends or entertaining. On this level there is also a lounge area complete with a bar and additional sofa, plus an additional powder room.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed a flat screen TV with an en suite bathroom and second private deck with mountain views.
The Belvedere building offers a parking garage with one designated parking space, a ski closet adjacent to the unit, and an amazing Mountain Village Core location in a quiet corner, but just close enough to the action.
