This south facing three bedroom, three and a half bath deluxe townhome offers a spacious living room with adjoining fully stocked kitchen and private deck with gas BBQ grill. Guests will enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains and from the comfortable living room and nicely appointed bedrooms.
Amenities in this townhome include flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, free wireless internet access, washer/dryer, flexible bedding and garage parking for one vehicle, which is limited to vehicles less than 17.5 ft in length. Guests of Aspen Ridge #4 will also enjoy the sunny spa room featuring a private indoor hot tub and dry sauna.
Aspen Ridge does not allow pets at any of their homes. If a pet is discovered, substantial fees will be charged at the guest's expense.
