The staffs are very well behaved and I enjoyed my 9days of staying.

An Uber driver brought my wife back to the hotel one evening and mistakenly hit your soccerway when he was trying to reverse his car. Your unserious supervisor came out and told him to pay for it. Despite the fact that he knows very well that it wasn't a deliberate act. And above all. The driver brought in one of your customers. My wife called me on phone and told me about it. I came downstairs and told your careless supervisor to let the driver go and that I'll pay for it myself if necessary. Your supervisor called me to come downstairs the next morning and demanded #26,000 from me for a bag of cement and workmanship. This is something that didn't even take more than 6 handful of cement. But he came asking me to buy a full bag of cement. WHICH I DID. I paid him for a full bag of cement and also paid for the work manship. That was totally wrong and a bad reputation to your hotel.

There was a lot of complaints that I have. I'm not going to voice them because I did speak to the manager Sophia and she did her best to correct the majority of them. The only downfall is that I had to ask to speak to her three times before I actually was able to speak to her. By this point the rating had already went down to poor. Because she tried to handle the situation I will not talk negatively about the experience that I had, but no I would not stay here again.
