Pet-Friendly Norfolk Retreat ~ 7 Mi to Beach!

I loved the front porch! The house was nice inside. It was 23 mins away from the beach! We love, we could bring the whole family even our puppy there was enough room for all of us

The yard was not cleaned up. We couldn’t use the back yard. The screen door in the back patio was ripped.

Nice layout, great backyard for campfire and enclosed patio for enjoying the quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds, perfect for entertaining. Plenty of parking for local family to come visit. Will be referring for other family and friends that come to visit. You can tell the owners/hosts are working on updates to the place to make it even better!

The location to the beach was good. The main house was fine. Clean enough, but could be cleaner. Enough dishes and cookware.

The back porch should NOT be advertised as such. It is almost unusable- dirty, dark and dreary, ripped screen door, so many bugs, and a full ashtray sitting on the table. I booked this property bc of the porch and it was a bust. The house could be cleaner. Lots of spots of hair in corners. Linen was supplied but the bed linen is almost an afterthought- old looking and not the right size for the bed. There was an old sock under a chair, an old sock on the front porch. The front screen door is broken. The garbage had not been taken to the curb in what smelled like weeks. It was overwhelming and TONS of flies in and out of the house as result - it was very disgusting. We took it out when we saw other cans at the curb. No directions for anything in the house- had to text our “local contact” multiple times. He was quick in responding . There was a HUGE snake in the garage. This rental needs some TLC. Not worth over $1000 for 4 days and 3 nights.
