Nähe zum Strand, zu Bars und Restaurants. Angenehmer Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick und Sonnenschein. Sehr empfehlenswerte Bäckerei im Gebäude.
Extrem hellhörig. Normale Unterhaltungen der Nachbarn deutlich hörbar. Abflussrohre der Nachbarschaft deutlich hörbar. Dusche, Toilettengang und küchenspüle der Nachbarn deutlich hörbar. Extremer Abflussgestank aus der Dusche. Möblierung der Terrasse verrottet oder defekt.
