Booked 2 single bed room but got the queen bed room. After checked with the PIC, told the room has problem. Should inform awhile booking. Unsincere.

Stayed at Asaya Damansara recently and felt disappointed by several aspects of the experience.
The hotel was difficult to locate due to a lack of visible signage, which is particularly stressful when arriving late at night by car. The parking area was quiet, raising some safety concerns.
Upon check-in, I found that the bedside light in my room was flickering. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff member I spoke to (Ms. Chen, she refuse to give me a clearer name) responded in a way that came across as dismissive and unnecessarily defensive. I wasn’t expecting a room change due to full occupancy, but a more respectful and solution-oriented approach would’ve made a difference.
I understand this is a budget-friendly hotel, but guest safety, clear communication, and functional room conditions are basic expectations. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff conduct and maintenance standards accordingly.
Not planning to return, but I hope future guests have a better experience.
