El sitio está bastante bien para lo que nosotros lo queríamos. Algo sencillo para pasar una noche. Renovado recientemente y bastante limpio.
La ventana que tiene me dio a entender que a pesar de ser un sótano tenía luz a algún patio trasero o similar, pero era luz artificial.

La ubicación y que el apartamento estaba muy nuevo.
Que es un sótano sin luz natural. Además destacan como ventaja el silencio y para nada. La entrada al tener el ascensor, cada vez que se usa provoca una corriente de aire que mueve la puerta y provoca un ruido muy molesto. Para nada es silencioso.
