-La saleté de l’appartement Nous avons dû nettoyer notre appartement -Aucun contact avec un responsable -Les chauffages éteins avec une température de -10 à -20 degrés -le frigo bruit infernal tous les 1/4 d’heure -le signal tv qui ne fonctionne pas -malgré nos différentes réclamations personne ne s’est présenté où excusé -dans e-booking, le prix de 4 personnes est le même que pour 3, nous avons dû payer un supplément de 100 euros
