Cena, czystość i porządek. Mimo że pod oknem są lokale gdzie wieczorami dużo się dzieje, przy zamkniętych oknach można spokojnie zasnąć. Różne rodzaje poduszek, szerokie łóżko (zmieściłaby się 3 osoba w środku :)), TV z YouTubem
brak suszarki i żelazka (a przynajmniej nie znaleźliśmy ich), łóżko trochę wyleżane

Dobra lokalizacja i pięknie urządzone mieszkanie. Czysto i super mi się spało , w nocy spokój , nie było żadnych hałasów.

Super lokalizacja, deptaki, restauracje, cisza. Dostępne świeże ręczniki i pościel.
Bardzo brudna klatka schodowa (ale może gospodarze nie mają na nią wpływu). Wyposażenie mocno zużyte - materac, czajnik, używane gąbki do naczyń. Apartament potrzebuje odświeżenia.
