Stylowy apartament, w doskonałej lokalizacji, tuż obok Politechniki, wszędzie blisko a cicho i spokojnie. Wysokie pomieszczenia i obszerne, co doskonale się sprawdza. Meble z epoki dopasowane do zamysłu w stylu Vintage z lat 70-tych, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy (na szczęście nie kapsułkowy!!) z kolbą. Dwa rodzje płatków śniadaniowych i dwa rodzaje cukru- miłe dodatki. Przyjemne oświetlenie o ciepłej barwie światła.
Bardzo mała przestrzeń w WC na nogi -dosłownie opierają się o drzwi ale rozumiem, że trudno to zmienić. Przydałaby się suszarka na pranie, skoro jest pralka i głośnik Bluetooth.

Vieta geroje miesto dalyje. Patogus susiekimas: nuo stoties, į parką, į lankytinas vietas, parduotuvės.
Aukštai lipti: senesnės statybos ilgos laiptinės, liftu nepavyko pasinaudoti. Tualetas apartamentuose laaabai mažas(minusų minusas). Turėtų šeimininkai ką nors spresti.
