La ubicación del apartamento, tener parking y la piscina. Muy bien decorado y confortable.
Al anfitrión no le valoro porque no le conozco.
Nunca he recibido una bienvenida tan impersonal y tan fría. Se agradece que alguien te espere, te haga el checkin, te atienda y te resuelva las posibles dudas.
Al llegar comuniqué que en el cuarto de baño no había luz. Pues he estado 8 noches sin luz. Todo lo demás funcionaba a la perfección.
Usan un whatssap para comunicarse pero da la sensación de que te atiende un robot o directamente la IA.
La distribución de la cama ...........un tanto peculiar. Sin más

I would have expected a better response to me telling the agent the lock was faulty .. which ended up locking us out of the room for the night and having new locks fitted

Good location. Clean and brightly decorated. All amenities well catered for, iron, hairdryer, even a juicer. We had a great stay and would recommend.
The only problem we had was no hot water, but that was quickly rectified.

Location - Spanish residential, but close enough to all things benidorm
The apartment was in need of a little TLC quite a few niggling issues found with the property but nothing serious.
