The property was clean, well-maintained, spacious, with plenty of household amenities (ware, pots, BBQ, etc) and outside pool.
Short walk to the beach front & Noosa headline for walks.
No issues with the rental unit.
We would happily stay here again, though we would book for a longer timeframe, as there is so much to do and see in and around Noosa 2 days was not enough.
Followed the checkout instructions for the return of the security deposit, security deposit (2000aus dollars) takes several days to be returned.

Location
Outside area and pool was not clean. The external bins were overflowing, and the smell was not pleasant as you walked into the front of the house.
