저녁 늦은 시간에 거리에서 들리는 고함소리 및 아침 이른 시간에 청소하는 소리가 매일 들렸습니다. 위치가 좋아서 어쩔 수 없는 것이라 생각됩니다. 알람으로 사용했습니다.

1. Very good locaction, shops, restaurants, etc, also all the main sightseeing attractions within walking distance of 10-30 min., no need to use public transport. 2. Well equipped apartment, although there is a note inside that you cannot use many appliances at the same time because you can blow a electrrical fuse if you do. So electrical installation has low capacity, as probably in many places in Rome. For us it was not a problem, but I think it's still worth mentioning. Also the bedside shelf on one side was not fixed/supported properly so it was looking like it will fall if you put very little pressure onto it. 3. Very clean upon arrival. 4. Clear instructions regarding usage of the apartment, with one comment though. Check-in instructions were very clear - for main building doors some app is used that is supposed to release the latch remotely and allow to open them, you have to install the additional app just for that on your phone, for us it didn't work properly. By chance some old lady was getting out so we managed to get in, after that you get your own key to these doors along with apartment key. There was option to also contact apartment keeper so he can open remotely, so it's more of a commentary than a complain.

1. Nothing the owners can do about but apartment is located directly over a kebab joint which is open every day until 5am which is ridiculous. On our first night a bunch of disrespectful Americans was "dining" outside of that joint making a lot of noise when doing that, I had to call law enforcment services to disperse them at 4am. 2. This one is something we actually very much did not like. Apartment has very clear instructions about not throwing inside the toilet anything except toilet paper, which we followed. Toilet malfunctioned anyway, I have reported it, it was fixed same day, but the person I was in contact about it tried to impose the cost of fixing the issue upon us, explaining that the plumber retreived sanitary pad from the toilet and they will provide me an invoice that I will have to cover. This was suprising for us to say the least as my partner did not have such an item with her. After long message from me no further reply was made from apartment keeper, so to me it looked like attempt to make us pay. Claim was not small - 220 EUR for something we did not do.

La situación. Las buenas comunicaciones para desplazarse a los lugares de interés tanto a pie como en transporte público. El apartamento es luminoso y está bien equipado. Justo en la puerta hay un locker para poder dejar las maletas cuando dejas el apartamento.

No hay TV. No hay sofá, Sólo un par de sillas en la zona de la cocina.

Position to key Rome sites was excellent.

At times the oder in the bathroom was like seeping sewerage. Very noisy at 3am to 5am with 5-6 men talking loudly below the apartment. Sometimes started at 2:30am. Woke me up every day. Better insulation around all 3 windows would help. More comfortable chairs in kitchen would be nice. We actually liked the apartment but I needed reasonable sleep.
