A pleasant surprise - great place in the eastern Dolomites
I was unsure how this property will look as there is very limited user information. In the end we were delighted by this spacious appartment. It actually is a real flat with 3 rooms. The place is well equiped, cosy and pleasant. There are two bedrooms one with 180x200 bed and one with 140x200 bed. It has all the amenities including full equiped kitchen, washing machine and drier. Actually quite perfect for several days stays. Within few hundered meters there is a store and a restaurant (a really good one). Within walking distance (about 1 km) there are more restaurants, bigger supermarket and small square with marketplace. There is free parking around the house although not too many places. The house is about 30 minutes drive from the Sorapis lake trek start, 30 min from Misurin lake, 45 mintues from Refugio Auronzo and about 45 minutes from Cortina D´Ampezzo.
Small things only - the building is at the main road which might be a problem for someone. The bedrooms however are situated towards the lake and equipped with noise mitigation windows so the noise is not really an issue. The floors of the appartment above are rather thin so if your neighbors tend to stomp or do laundry at 22 pm (as ours did) it might disturb you a bit, but not a big deal. Generally speaking no real issue I can think of. The cost-benefit ratio is very favorable and we were very happy to have stayed here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a decently priced place to explore the eastern Dolomites!

Assez bruyant en bord de route et mal insonorisé nous avons été particulièrement gênés par les bruits de pas tôt le matin et tard le soir a l’étage
