Really well located, downtown, but in a very quiet spot - and still with stores, cafeteria, bakery, gelateria within 2mins walk. Great facility, two bed rooms, good matresses, and each with own bathroom. Very clean, with sufficient space, and well-equipped kitchen. Car park at the facility, and great outdoor dining space. Great neighborhood with friendly locals. Very good service from the owner and Giuseppe, the facility manager.
Sometimes poor phone network reach inside the apartment, so a wifi-connection would have been great.

Un endroit magnifique avec un vue splendide.
Endroit calme, privé, la gérante très accueillante et chaleureuse, à 2 minutes du centre ville et de l'église paroissiale, toutes les commerces, les cafés, les boutiques et les indications nécessaires pour Piana Romana. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Vraiment, je conseille à tous. Le clim fonctionne très bien.
