A bright clean apartment, really handy so close to the train station so we could explore London easily
Quite hot during the heatwave but there was a fan there to help cool down the apartment

The fire alarm went off for three days and nobody turned it off. We informed the store where we picked up the key and they said it wasn't their responsibility.

Beds we very comfortable
House cleaning services were not great. Upon entering the trash can in the primary bedroom had not been dumped. The hand towel hanging to wash hands had women’s foundation and many of the dishes and silverware had dried food residue left on them.
