The fire alarm went off for three days and nobody turned it off. We informed the store where we picked up the key and they said it wasn't their responsibility.

Great apartment, spacious and clean, beds very comfortable and easy to get to transport hubs. Helpful hosts when we couldn't work the tv.
As suggested before a small table would be useful for eating, we could only watch the tv as my partner had brought his laptop with him, otherwise I would have been stuck, just a note to make sure you take a device with you! But guestready very responsive by email with queries we had.

Beds we very comfortable
House cleaning services were not great. Upon entering the trash can in the primary bedroom had not been dumped. The hand towel hanging to wash hands had women’s foundation and many of the dishes and silverware had dried food residue left on them.
