Other local spots to visit include the Conception Bay Museum, the SS Kyle, and the Spirit of Harbour Grace. Also, be sure to drive by Harbour Grace Ocean Enterprises to see some impressive ships!

Recently beautifully renovated, the cottage is very comfortable - felt like we were at home the moment we came through the door. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with an open view of the water immediately across the street. Watching the fishing boats coming and going never got old!We found the location of Harbour Grace to be ideal. St. John’s is just over one hour away, Carbonear 10 minutes away, Dildo just over 20 minutes away …..Melanie and Terry are wonderful, caring hosts. We enjoyed communicating with them throughout our two month stay in July and August. We highly recommend Harbour View Cottage - twelve stars out of ten!!Diane and LarryCalgary, Alberta
