Beautiful, spacious, three bedroom apartment over looking the scenic waters of Conception Bay. Located in Middle Arm in Avondale Newfoundland, these accommodations are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Kayak, hike, soak in the hot tub or enjoy the sauna before a nightly fire and gathering in the cookhouse. Just 40 minutes from the airport and downtown St. John's.

Enjoyed the outdoor space immensely. Some of the outdoor equipment is old and not operable which was unfortunate as we were excited to be on the water. For the cost this was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, it feels like the space has had many years of visitors and fun!

We had a great time. The dock was our go to spot. The hot tub was also a great draw after a cool dip in the water. We really enjoyed our stay
