This home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet retreat proximate to modern convenience. 15/20 mins to downtown Austin
-2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed the other has a pullout sofa bed. Both are decorated nicely and have clothing space.
The bathroom has a full size bathtub and has just been reglazed
Kitchen comes with all things to make a full meal.
*Some kitchen cabinets are locked as they are private. Living room has a 60” smart tv with all of the apps installed
Bluetooth stereo speaker, Record player with vinyl, books, games etc
Coffee maker with complimentary coffee & tea for our guests in the mornings
Our house is on a private dead end street so lots of peacefulness and beautiful walking trails right outside of the door
-Jacuzzi is a soft tub outside and requires an extra fee for heating and cleaning. Plz message us at least 3-4 days prior if you’d like us to set that up
*we offer early check in and late check out (if available) for an extra fee plz inquire prior
*We have lake access within a 5 minute walking distance with a private HOA swim dock and tennis court.
Rules:
* Please read all rules before booking as these are very important and cannot be changed at all No refunds are accepted and you must verbally state that you agree in the messages. Rules: -no animals of any kind are allowed including service animals
-no smoking of any kind is allowed
-no parties or social gatherings with more than 4 people are allowed at all times
-main person booking must be over the age of 25 years of age no boats are allowed to be parked in our driveway
*there is a security camera outside only that records and monitors 24 hrs a day for security purposes. If any of these rules are broken you will be asked to vacate the home Asap and will not receive a refund *You will be the only ones staying at the house of course , we do lock a few closets and some of the cabinets as we live here part time as it’s not for use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lake House. Was not too far away to get downtown, or hard to find the house. Everything needed was accessible and clean. I recommended looking through their guidebook as we found some cool spots. Overall an amazing experience and a gorgeous view.

I stayed at this house last week. This is an old house in desperate need of maintenance. I recalled a line from Clueless liking the house to a Monet painting, it looks nice from afar, but the moment you get up close it’s a big old mess. The foundation is questionable at best, there is a hump in the floor as you walk from the front to the back, the tile is cracked and not level at the toilet in the bathroom due to it, and the sink is pitched forward. I could not stand my electric tooth brush up because of it. None of the furniture is comfortable, the bed felt like it was 20 years old straight off of a sofa bed. The dining table has 45 minute chairs like restaurants. The sofa and love seat felt caved in. The deck is precarious to get down to due to the angle and lack of railing on one side. There is junk all around the deck in the trees and old stuff under the deck that you can see once you walk down. There are broken chairs with the bottoms completely missing on the deck with pillows full of holes on top. The lower deck furniture is sagging. There is peeled and cracked paint all over the place from the walls to the window sills. Old dirty caulk and a sagging discolored drop ceiling where the living room meets the rest of the house. Kitchen was poorly equipped for anyone cooking. The amount of things covered up to disguise their personal items was weird with locks and labels everywhere to not touch. I felt surveilled the entire time I was there
