Brand new Luxury Next Gen Home Duplex

The duplex was everything we thought it would be and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends and also would stay again.

Overall thought it was good stay, convenient for the Spring Training games we attended in Surprise. My wife is very sensitive to cleanliness, and thought everything should be cleaner. I thought it was all fine and would stay there again.

The house was nice was not as clean bathrooms could've definitely been a lil cleaner. Backyard was a lil overgrown not a lot of room by the grill. Overall was a nice stay bed are nice

The home was very clean. The back yard had an awesome garden! There were a few things that could be added to make it more comfortable. Hand towels or paper towels in the bathroom. A full size trash can downstairs. The master bedroom is facing the sun in the morning and the curtains are sheer allowing full sun early in the morning. The construction noise was loud at 8am on a sunday morning which cant be helped. The electric charger was not working at the time and i needed it for my vehicle. I did not realize at the time, I rented it that the next-gen. Apartment attached to the home. Was going to be occupied by the owner this was an awkward experience because my friends and I were up late and being loud and it felt disrespectful. So if you're going and plan to be up late and loud, just be aware. The owner never complained but I just felt bad and kept shushing my friends. Over all.its a nice house.
