Utilities: For stays of 30 or more nights guests agree to pay ALL costs for gas and electric use during the term of the rental and authorize these charges to be billed to the credit card on file. Copy's of utility bills will be presented to guest prior to any charges being billed. A $1000 utility deposit will also be billed to the card on file on day of arrival and any outstanding utility charges after departure will be deducted from the utility deposit. Any remaining balance of the utility deposit will be refunded in full within 15 days of payment of final utility bill.
Please note there is no security fencing around the pool and spa so this home may not be suitable for small children and non-swimmers

We came for a very strenuous work trip. The beds were really comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. This home is very beautiful. Well, well appointed plenty of space for everyone to have their own little retreat. The host was very responsive and we really appreciate that with minor questions, it does take the spot a little longer to heat up in the winter time and as with all of the horrible HOA’s in the area we couldn’t park on the street so that is some thing to be mindful if anyone is driving larger vehicles, theoretically, two really small cars could fit in the garage and leave room for the garbage containers because I’m sure those cannot be left in the street and would stay there again in a heartbeat
