First of all- the management was by far the most attentive and helpful of all of the short term rentals that I've dealt with. The place was exactly as advertised and looked like the pictures. It was very clean and extremely well organized. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail were top notch. There are even things that I wouldn't have expected to see like a high chair for the children, and the host left a nice little snack basket with a bottle of wine- awesome touches. I would definitely work with the host/management company again, but I don't think that we would stay at this particular unit as it is downstairs, and if you are unlucky you could have somebody above you that wakes up at 5AM and stomps around (which is what happened to us). Outside of that, the area is basically perfect to walk to the pier or the beach. We would definitely consider staying in the upstairs or front units. If you're a heavy sleeper, this could be a great choice!

The Oceanview Suite is an absolute delight! Clean, well-appointed and located in the heart of Manhattan Beach. Everything was exactly as described and communications with the property owners was clear and prompt. I will be sure to book this fabulous spot again!

Oceanview Suite was an excellent stay in Manhattan Beach. It is minutes from the Strand/beach and restaurants/shopping. The attention to detail throughout the Suite were appreciated - including beaching supplies!If you are planning a stay in Manhattan Beach, this unit is recommended.
