A lovely townhouse in a great neighborhood. My fiancee and I stayed for six weeks as part of a high-altitude training camp for running. The townhouse is a 5min drive away from the NAU track and there are a few runs of varying difficulty to choose from right out the front door. Our host, Lisa, was super communicative and very kind. The appliances (including laundry) worked great and there were plenty of kitchen materials for cooking and eating. The Master bedroom has a good walk-in closet, a comfortable bed, and nice warm lighting. We wish the bed frame was a little higher up, but this was small potatoes for us. We liked that the TV was decently sized but didn't overwhelm the atmosphere of the living room. The reclining chair with the retractable footrest was ELITE for reading. With respect to price, it was "premium" in our eyes but well-compensated for by the quality of the property and can be far more affordable if splitting between as many as four people (two in the master bedroom and one in each of the other two bedrooms).

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming vibe from the moment we arrived. It was very family friendly and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and essentials for light cooking, making everything very convenient. The host was easy to contact, answered questions quickly, and made the check-in process simple and stress-free. Communication throughout the stay was excellent. We highly recommend this house, especially because of its great location near many surrounding towns and attractions in the area. You won't be disappointed in your stay with this home. Great place!
