Kitchen was well equipped and very functional. Livingroom and TV entertainment was easy and comfortable. Heat and Cooling worked fine.Nice, quiet, Neighborhood and location was convenient. Recommend entry through Garage, was easy for us - one vehicle. Host response by phone was fairly, quick and helpful -- the Guestbook was a bit outdated -- but after call; it was all sorted out. Enjoyed Flagstaff.

House was set up nicely. Very cozy and friendly. Easy access into town. Great area for taking a walk or run.
