Perfect stay; we will definitely return if available. Highly recommended. Such pleasant hosts. The little things. Made it perfect. We were in town for the town annual triathlon so ease of check in, ability to test comfortably, with no issues was paramount. They are kind and so pleasant. I would recommend and stay again without hesitation!:)

Ramiro My husband, Rocky (pet dog) and myself Thank you so very much for the lovely stay.l!! You went above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay. Your place is beautiful, exceptionally clean and so adorable. Your description in VRBO is to the tea! Love the outside space. Bed comfy and to top it off the amenities are exceptional! From bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner to refreshments snacks, wine, coffee with extras. Microwave, blow dryer list goes on. Just minutes to beach, Historic Downtown Tarpon Avenue, nature reserve trail park, restaurants and sponge dock and more. Such a great location!! Thank you being a wonderful host!! Although this is listed under whole house it is only a room in a house. There is a private entrance and patio which gives the impression of a more private stay. The stay is a single room and one bed with a bathroom large enough to comfortably fit 2 people. I would definitely feel too crammed if we had more than 2 people.Theres a private patio that is both screened and a larger outdoor area that is unscreened. Which was really cool! The warm weather was perfect for hanging outside in the screened patio. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with.The neighborhood was quiet and safe and was the perfect location for easy access to the beach as well as other areas we drove to. The extra items were SO helpful to have such as the beach chairs and towels etc. There were a couple of snacks and drinks which added a really thoughtful touch. I dont think the hosts were very loud but the nature of the room did allow for a lot of noise. We could easily hear conversations that were had too near the neighboring wall. We tried to stay extra quiet to not disturb them so guests who may be a little louder or guests who are easily startled by noise may need to adjust for that.Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely return if we found ourselves in the area again.
